We are looking for a talented Chef for our Middle-Eastern themed 100-seat restaurant and large bar.

The Role

This role involves the following tasks:

• Prep and cook with fresh ingredients daily.

• Deliver high quality dishes, consistently well, in a fast-paced, busy environment.

• Work closely with our Head Chef to develop and implement menus across the business.

• Receive great support in your role from our Head Chef and our Executive chef.

• Enjoy career opportunities as MGH develops greater presence in Brisbane

The successful candidate will:

• Reliable, level headed, punctual and organised.

• Lead by example and passionate about what they do, innovative and experienced.

• Work fast, clean and well in a team.

• Deliver great food consistently while managing their section.

• Experience as a  Chef will be of a distinct advantage, but a great attitude is a must.
