As a chef for The Charming Squire you will be working closely with our Head chef working in a large team looking after a large restaurant, Bar area, beer garden and function spaces.

We need a chef with a proven track record to work well under pressure, has a passion for good produce and to deliver food to a very high standard is a must.

For this kitchen good organisation skills are crucial, strong ability to follow implemented systems, assist in management and monitoring of rosters and food cost. If you can lead a quality and diverse team, show strong work ethic and have the tenacity and drive to succeed. Then this role is for you.

The Charming Squire a flag ship venue of Mantle Hospitality Group. A private hospitality company based in Brisbane with 34 years of successful history in the industry. We have twelve venues throughout Brisbane, seven are Pig ‘n’ Whistle’s, to see our other strong branded venues Jimmy’s on the Mall head over to our website.(www.mantlegroup.com)

Your position will be supported by established infrastructures within the group including a central kitchen and personnel such as an eminent Executive Chef, experienced Purchasing Officer, your Head Chef and more.

To the right person we offer a great salary ($50,000.00 – $64,999.00) and conditions in a well-managed environment with full support from our Executive Chef, Head Office and Central Kitchen.
